Their members range geographically from Aberdeen to Cornwall, from Northern Ireland in the West to East Anglia in the East. All Guild members are subject to constant service monitoring via customer quality questionnaires to ensure standards of service remain high. From these questionnaires monthly statistics are kept on each member’s performance.

» The National Register of Approved Removers and Storers (R.O.A.R.S.)

:: The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme was established to provide the removals industry with an independent service to resolve disputes between member companies and their clients, both domestic consumers and commercial organizations, if the normal complaints procedure has not produced a satisfactory conclusion. The Scheme is managed by an independent Committee, and it has appointed an Ombudsman, Shelley Radice, who has no connection with any removal business.
